In 2016, at the age of 48, I checked in to urgent care with a blood pressure of 167/101. I was put on medication to control it. During the next four years, I witnessed my health dwindle before my eyes. I developed gut issues, high blood sugar, tinnitus, dental and gum problems, poor vision, nerve pain on my legs, back pain, arthritis, belly fat, painful joints, and medication side effects. I felt horrible but had no answers.
In May 2020, I drew a line in the sand. I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired every day. So I set out to find the answers to my issues. To cut a long story short, I have normalized my blood pressure to 116/76 without medication by adopting specific lifestyle changes. I feel great! This has not been easy and every day is still a learning process. If you are serious about living medication-free and without chronic health conditions, you are in the right place!
